At Zontrox Watches, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.
Delivery Areas
We deliver orders across Pakistan to locations supported by our courier partners.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your city, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. Please keep the payable amount ready when receiving your parcel.
Open Parcel Before Payment
Where supported by the courier, customers may inspect the parcel before payment. Inspection is intended to verify that the correct product has been received and that there is no visible damage. Please do not use the product or remove tags/protective materials during inspection.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the available contact details.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. Zontrox Watches cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided with the order.
